May 2026
- Check the event schedule for the 2026 Graduation Season. Register your attendance, and submit guest information (if any) from 15 May to 22 May.
- Get your academic dress ready for attending the Commencement. Please refer to CityUHK (DG) academic dress design to make sure that you get the right one and arrange for collection and return according to your schedule.
- Attend the 2026 Graduation Party and have your group photo taken on the Dongguan Campus on 29 May.
- Exit Clearance Procedure: 23 May to 30 June
- Online Processing:
- Desktop: Log in to Student Life System → Exit Clearance → Application
- Mobile: Log in to WeCom → Workspace → Student Affairs → Exit Clearance → Application
- On-site Processing:
- 29-30 May / 29-30 June, Student Affairs Centre, 1/F, Academic Building 4, City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan)
- Online Processing:
- Student accommodation check-out period: 29 May to 30 June.
- If you choose not to attend the Commencement at the Kowloon Tong Campus, you may return your academic dress on the Dongguan Campus on 30 May and complete the Academic Dress Rental Service Survey.
- Take graduation photos with your family and friends on the Dongguan campus.
June 2026
- Take graduation photos with your family and friends on both campuses.
- Collect your graduation gift set from 15 June to 30 June.
- Attend the 2026 Inaugural Commencement at the Kowloon Tong Campus on 22 June.
- Complete the Graduation Placement Registration for Class of 2026.
- Return your academic dress to the designated location from 22 June to 10 August, and complete the Academic Dress Rental Service Survey.
- Collect your award certificate on or after 22 June (please settle any outstanding matters beforehand).
- Download the video of the Commencement and browse a gallery of highlight photos from the Graduation Season.
- Deadline for student accommodation check-out: 30 June.
