Congratulations on successfully completing your studies! To celebrate this significant milestone together, the University will hold the 2026 Inaugural Commencement on June 22nd at the City University of Hong Kong (Kowloon Tong Campus). Registration is now officially open. Details as follows:
Registration Arrangements
Registration Period: 15 May 2026 (Friday) to 22 May 2026 (Friday), 23:59.
Registration Quota ("1+2+8" Arrangement):
- Graduate: 1 person.
- Main Ceremonial Hall Guests: Up to 2 people (Entitled to enter the Kowloon Tong Campus + Attend the ceremony in the Main Ceremonial Hall).
- Campus Accompanying Guests: Up to 8 people (Entitled to enter the Kowloon Tong Campus open areas only).
- Note: The maximum total number of attendees per graduate is 11 people (including the graduate).

Important Reminders
Information Verification: Please ensure that the names and identity document numbers of yourself and all registered guests are entered accurately. The information provided will be used for issuance of entry permits and border clearance statistics. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in denied access to the campus or the Main Ceremonial Hall.
Confirmation of Registration: After the registration system closes, the University will conduct a qualification review. Students who successfully register will receive a confirmation SMS between 23 and 24 May 2026.
